Shipping policy

**1. Shipping Zones & Rates**

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Mainland France: Free standard shipping on all orders over €200. Below this amount, a flat fee of €7.5 applies.
• Europe + United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders over €225. Below this amount, a flat fee of €12 applies.
• International: Standard shipping rates starting from €35.

**2. Delivery Times**

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, please allow:

- Delivery within France: 2 to 4 business days
- Delivery within Europe: 3 to 7 business days

- International delivery: 3 to 7 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to exceptional circumstances (public holidays, strikes, etc.).

**3. Order Tracking**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow its progress in real time.

**4. International Shipping & Customs Duties**

For orders delivered outside the European Union, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

**5. Incorrect Shipping Address**

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
